Prices FALLING BEWARE!!!

The absurdity of the prices are beginning to sink it.

Many flippers are hurt badly. Let the Guru tell you what to do: SELL whatever you have even it mean a loss. You may not have a chance to run in the future when price tumble!

Don't be fooled by claims from broker liars that there is demand. It is all lies; the sheiks landing at Changi or rich American or Luxembourg banker relocating here because of weather and food, or Chinese corrupt officials bringing trunk loads of cash are for most intents and purposes blatant lies told by the brokers to fool you. If these people are actually not coming
where do the local have the money to afford such high prices?

Where will there be buyers?

i mean dun they have anything to do during work meh

i think this ppl should be more concern of how to earn more money

for their loves one or better still buy a big houes for them to enjoy

I am buying 20K abv valuation for my own stay. Small apts will be more in demand as prices increased. May be big 3,4 bedroom condos might be difficult to sell. Anyway talk of mkt crashing is nothing but RUBBISH! But if ya wanna sell any property below value just post it...I might be interested.

prices ain't falling at all! how to fall when economic fundamentals are still so so strong...

i know it is hard to accept that an apartment that cost 900k 3 years ago is now worth 1.4mio...what to do? of course prices will move up as time goes by....

STI was less than 2,000 level and now it is near to 4,000...things change, you change, market change, prices change.

How to judge is expensive or not??
Some ppl just judge by themselves thinking is not worth to buy.. some think still OK to buy while looking in long term.. some just don't bother as they need a "proper shelter" than going for temp here & there.

Yes! we can't stop the world from moving or even stop S'pore for changing to be better. So in a long run, almost everything going higher rather than lower.. even you come out with all kind of bad comment also no use.. you are just lying to yourself!

Even you move to city like KL, Bangkok, Hong Kong, you will face the same situation. Unless you avoid city living & go kampong.

Just construction cost alone,

singapore property expensive yep

why not go to New york and check the prices there

yes more expensive

and some will say of course lar new york high class

how can singapore compare

so does it mean singapore low class?

if singapore low class , IR is fake one sibo

Just construction cost alone, the price has increased so much than before..
fuel, rock & stone, sand, granite, steel, concrete mixed, etc.

Breakeven price for developer adjusted upward from time to time due to the high cost.

Yes!! ppl got eyes, can see for themselves that after many years.. 5 rm in Clementi flat from the beginning cost $100K & later $200K & later $300K so no.. even with some "crisis".. the same unit never even fall back to $300K.

So the right words to use is "correction" not "fall" if you were to talk in long term basis.

The f'hold condo coming up beside West Coast Stadium is it??

Too bad, I'm more keen on selective projects nearer to the city which I already bought 2 units earlier on!! Not so keen with such speculative project even is reasonable!! I know some ppl had just bought it blindly!!

Too bad, I'm more keen on selective projects nearer to the city which I already bought 2 units earlier on!! Not so keen with with this speculative project on prime suburban area!! I know some ppl had just bought it blindly!! And I believe the developer are keeping some units.

At 950psf, this project is wise for stay or long term investment!
You want to flip using this project? You are super blind bro!!

Since you are flipper, no wonder you panic with 6 units on hand!!
