Actually though I am a chinese singaporean I am happy to tenant my house to prefessional Indians,so far my place has been rented for 4 times, 3 times to indians and 1 for a chinese,
I prefer Indians and have to chase the PRC away as they keep the place dirty,
But Indians they maintain better then me clean almost everyday..Always pay rent on time,quiet professional ones.Look out for prefessionals,May be the look can tell you about them... |

toilet is worsed..very-very dirty and they expect us to clean for them.. PRC tenants they're not responsible person at all. |

oh yah I agreed..they never clean up very dirty. based on my bad exp rented out to PRC Tenant's when they done the wrong thing they never admit. they're not supposed to bring people in but they did, and they throw rubbish in-between my main door and my neighbour while my rubbish shoot is inside my house. untill my neighbour complaints.
So No choice have 2 chased them away... |

| Worst experience was when my brother rented his flat to some PRC students. 4 bachelors. Biggest mistake in his life. The house was smelling worse than a slaughter-house. The toilets had not been cleaned, ever |

| it is a truth fact, not just one corkcoarch but many of them, crawding around the house, and immediate after the tenant move out , the corkcroah gone by itself automatically. called themselves professional working adults, wonder where they bring all those creature with them. damn dirty tenants. |

| after rent out 3rm flat to 2 PRC for 2 mth went back to collect mail found out the WC bowl full of Shit harden for mths liow, all window close cook and shit in the house with window close for mths can you imagine the smell........................fxxx them up side down and the agent come read the agreement to them in chinese (those stuffs that they have to maintain the house) than make them pay for part time maid to come in every 2 weeks |

Dear owner, we are not your maid to clean the house as you want. So when you rent your house out, you get thousands++ per month. Why do you so kiasu and not pay 50 dollar per month for maid service for the tenants? Please show your generous first before requesting anything.
Could you kindly not insult people from mainland? Please remember your mother/grandfather may be from mainland, too. So do not insult your ancestor. |

Finally PRC tenants own admit that when they rent a unit they WILL NEVER look after the unit,,, they want a nice house to not live in but to destory it....
but not for me
FYI
i was a prc and now am PR SG... i am having a hard time to fine a nice house,, cos u PRC had spoilled the market...with bad dirty habit.
i had invest in property but never want to rent to them....COS U PIG PRC
U come here to work with low moral......sorry NO MORAL.....look at GEYLANG .....U destory china.....u destory US (the good ONEs) |

| Sorry friend, have you read my post clearly? I never say I did not clean the house, just do not clean the house as they want. Could you expect owner coming down once per week to check if any dust on the table or on the floor? I doubt you are from China. You are just faked and try to attack people from China by ur words |

No, I think the poster is just saying about China PRC's unhygienic habits.
It's something llike they don't even bother to clean the toilet bowls after it has been muddled by poo.
You do not need maid service from this. It's just if you can live in pigsty as you are used to in China don't bring it here. How would you feel if for example you rented out a very nice place to a foreigner and find out that it has been trashed after a year?
Cos it can also affect your neighbors as well, -censored- may creep to their houses, too. |

Very well say and fair, as tenant you live, eat, poo, sleep in the rental unit
and is up to you to keep it clean and well cause you are renting it & not own it, after your rent you have to return it back in rentable condition right? |
