Default Posting guidelines & Terms of service

Please note, this thread is not for posting your personal advertisement. Your posting will be deleted and your account banned for unrelated postings here.


Post subjects should include:
Property type / Room Info / Location (/optional remarks)
e.g.
HDB / 4+1 / Bukit Merah / near MRT
Condo / Common Room / Kembangan / Starville

Please include following information in your post:
1. Name (if agent agency name)
2. Contact number
3. Location of the property
4. No of room and bath room
5. Asking price (negotiability)
6. Available date
7. Brief description about the property such as the nearest MRT, condition of the property, not furnished/fully furnished
8. Picture is most welcome as this will provide some idea for viewers as to what we expect.
9. Agents should also update their ad whether the property is taken or not

Duplicate postings
Please do not repeat similar or exactly the same postings over and over again. If you want to bring attention to your listing, just "bump"/"up" by replying to your previous posting. It reduces the clutter and help visitors to find what they want.

Advertising of other websites
We understand that many of you have your own websites. If you want to put the URL at the end of your post, fine, we can accept that. But postings with blatant advertisement to other sites are not acceptable. Please note that it will be in our sole discretion to determine what constitutes as "blatant advertisement to other sites".

Anti discrimination policy
Please note that we do not tolerate postings with reference against certain races or class group. Do understand the sensitive nature of such remarks and refrain from posting them in your ads. If you encounter such postings or remarks at sg-house.com, kindly let me know by sending a pm or email at
singapore-house(_AT_)lazyhand(_DOT_)com (replace "(_AT_)" with "@", and "(_DOT_)" with "." respectively).

Automatic filtering mechanism
We have in place anti-spam mechanism which will filter out postings which meet certain criteria. If you believe your posting have been wrongly filtered , kindly contact me with the details (your username, posting time, message posted, etc).
Filtering includes (but not limited to) remarks with reference against certain races or classes, common spam words (e.g. viagra, adult dating, etc), or some words that might come as offensive to some people (stupid, idiot ).

You cannot remove posted ads. You may want to just put remarks as "closed". If you have strong reason that need the ads to be removed, kindly send me a private message with the URL of the posting. I will try to accommodate all request, but no promises.

If there is someone whom post some irrelevant / some issues to spoil my reputation in the topic I had posted is there any possiblities of blocking the person in future in posting issues to spoil my reputation?

Hi,

You'll need a 3rd party picture hosting service like flickr to add pics to your post.
