heard that there will be new road widenings / new linkage to expressways very soon from St Michael's area. If that is true, value of the area will go up since the existing traffice conditions are not that fantastic. Is that true?

$700K not that unreasonable but nearby St Michael's Regency launched at close to $1K psf - I suppose a fair price would be around $850psf for City Regency considering it is not a full condo per se.

$850psf works out to $841K for the apartment
