Hi Mr Lim, I've seen the showroom of the property you are putting up for sale here. I must say the interior finishing is one of the better ones I have seen. THis is usually the case for Fragrance properties. Even the facade of the buidling is very nicely done up. I also like the tranquility of the estate. Too bad I should have snapped up a unit then but with current prices, I guess I have to look further into the suburbs since St Michael's is very near city - it naturally commands a higher premium.

yes you are right.
