i would rather buy east meadow which is directly just next to casa merah the new condo you mention.. east meadow's psf is between 530-560 and the latest transaction was at 484 psf.. and it is only 6 years old.. still as new...

at 600 psf and east meadow at 530-560 psf.. if i would hav to sell casa merah in future i will definately make a loss from it.. since both condos are mins aways frm the mrt..
