wow. So many positive points.

Would have been a good buy in 2007....but now its a purchase to be regreted over time.

Aiyo, after I kana from the stock market, I learn not to up into the wrong boat too soon...easily can lose 100k+. Might as well use the money go holiday than to burden myself for the next donkeysss years on bank loan for a premium high class pigeon hole.
