My Weird Tenant

I rented out my common room to a T-wan national & i've been unhappy since.
To all owners contemplating to rent out yr spare room, pls think twice.
My tenant uses the toilet many times & doesnt clean it. Water runs like nobody business.
Daytime the lights are switch on. Damaged my fan & wadrobe.
I was a very oblinging landlord til the point i feel like im the maid.
The last straw came when my tenant brough home a person without informing me.
So to all owners, pls think twice before renting out yr room. Their rental is very big to
them..they will stay in most days & try to gain rights in yr house.
