Bad tenant

Dear all agents and landlord,

Be beware of a certain guy with a maid gf (a canteen operator at Intl sch@orchard - who keeps moving every 3-4 mths or so and always need urgent accomodation. I didn't know so I rent out to him & his gf and what a wrong move. I believed his story that his landlord had renting issues to authorities and sublet to him. In 2mths, he almost fight with my neighbour of 15yrs plus I have to mediate for him and after that smoke in my room and yet denied when I can smelt it just outside my master room. After the third warning, I decided I want him out and give him a month notice. He refused to move until I pay him also April's rent!! or else he report me to HDB. (my mistake of not doing the right thing). He caused such harassment till it affects me as I am a single mum with 2 girls. Fearing for my kids, I gave in provide he evict in 24hrs. Even on the day of move, he have to harassed me till I have no choice but to call the police to intervene to get him out.

So beware, he sweet talks and will soften your heart but his a bloody devil from hell.
