beware of this agent - Kelvin Tan

I engaged his service to rent a place.

He said everything ok when I requested him to fix the problems before the closure of the deal.

After he had closed the deal, he didn't pick up my call and disappeared after I have paid him the commission.

After the payment, he sided with the landlord and sounded like I am being unreasonable for my requests.

When I moved into the place, the lock is not working well. Washing machine, dusty windows and floor, no painting, dirty toilet .... everything is not done.

If anyone who wants to engage any services with him, please make sure that he gets everything done before you pay the commission.

I would highly recommend you not to engage his service.

The rental is not as cheap.

Don't jump into the conclusion without the details.

The landlords and the agent are giving pressure and promised they will give us new washing machine and clean up the place.

But they didn't deliver their promise.

Before signing the contract, he and landlord had been saying everything can be discussed. They could do this and that.

After we had signed the contract, the agent is not responsive to my calls.
And he kept quiet and left me to negotiate with the landlord about what the landlord has promised previously.

You muz be those "black heart" owner.
You better understand that tenants are the one paying u hard cash. We have the rights juz as any consumer.

wahh.. better stay away from Realtor Hub man...

feel sorie for the tenant... be careful next time

they are gd agents and also bad agents, my advise to tenants and landlords is ensure that everything is in place before closing and paying commission, because there are black sheeps out there who does not commit themselves properly

Wow, so this Kelvin Tan is really famous for being irresponsible. My frd also just rented one unit and Kelvin Tan from Realtor Hub also did quite the same thing. Pressured them to take up unit and after collecting commission, he vanished into thin air. Unable to contact him regarding the furniture issues. Better avoid this agent and his Company.
