A very rude agent.
He posts under "Flat for Rent" so when i called to enquire as i was unsure about his description in the post, he answered me very sarcastically.
Deal with caution.

she is in her late 30s, single. Wear specs.
She bought tis hse wth her sis.
They are super money minded. Calculative. Total siao!!

I rented their house for a year.
When i was suppose to return the hse, they ask for receipts for aircon servicing (request to be serviced once every 3mths)
they ask me to hire professional cleaner to wax the hse floor n clean the house.

I hire 2 cleaners to clean the hse and the two sis say not clean enuff. They refuse to gimme bck my deposit. Even saying tat their bck of the bed board is not clean enuff, the floor is not waxed!!

Im goin to bring the case to court!! Beware of this owner!!
