Default Got info about HDB flat VAL.

Got news from friends from HDB, he told me that there will be shortage of HDB flat in Singapore by year 2017. So now till 2017, HDB val will not drop and will keep going up, it will depend on slow or fast.

Seller if you can wait till year 2017, you can sell your house with 150k~200k more profit then now.

Buyer if you don't buy now and want to wait for HDB val to drop, I think you got to wait for very long time.

PS: I not an agent, I'm just want to share out the news that I know.
I believe a lot of waiting the market to crash buyer will reply in this post and say it's make up story n bah bah bah, but in the end it up to you to believe or not.

There are very little serious buyers now , all waiting for a correction in valuation prices.
No transaction ---- no commision so definitely got to come up with some tricks to lure buyers.

Maybe next round, he will tell you his friend name is Mah Bow xx .

hahaha... if you all think i'm a joker then let be it... hahaha... i think most of posting here are buyer, and worry that if seller saw this post then you all can't get a cheap house. You all can still wait for the time for the val to drop, but i don't think so.

For seller, if you all want to sell your house right now, by all means. But if the price not good, you all still can move back with your in-law then rent out your house and wait for the good time then sell. Like those waiting buyer. Anyway, will have lot of PR or worker will need to rent house within this few year.

The fact is just Govt is telling property has peak and will moderate. Private property is falling fast and soon pressure will be on HDB.
This has shunned lots of buyers to wait thus causing the quiet market
and is affecting the sales of agent.

They just resort to all tactics and tricks to lure you to buy at current high prices.
Any way I will just wait till end of the year to decide.
There is no runaway prices now with the bad news of slowing economy.

Warning has been given by the government. Listen or not it's your choice.
High property prices is affecting business costs and must be cooled for the good of the economy.
