I have a cmrm to rent at Simei Blk 141.
Looking for 3 to 4 ladies or a couple.
If 4 females, im looking at $250 each person.
For a Couple, im looking at $750.
My house is very near to Simei MRT station ( just 6mins walk away)
Near CGH also ( 12mins walk )
Bus to EXPO.
I dont allow cooking but flexible if need to cook instant noodles.
Bed frame, mattress, fan all provided.
Deposit applicable but no need agent fee as i am direct owner.
