Warning for tenant- An owner who cheat tenant at AMK Ave 4

Beware of room rental out at BLK 106, #09-18X AMK Ave 4. The Chinese owner is a cheater. Pretend treat tenant good at the beginning. Later get advance rental and borrow money from tenant. Promise to return but delay to return and finally never return the money. Owner is a gambler and heavy smoker and calculative. Most surprising is the owner sleep at living room just to rent out the common room. After get complain from previous tenants who stay with this owner, this owner did not return the tenant deposit even tenant had given 1 mth notice to the owner. The owner always gives a lot of reason in order not to return the tenant the deposit.

Avoid this owner and don’t be the next victim.
